Attentive, professional staff greeted me by name. Clear recommendations given. Regal, spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom dwelling. Everyone knew it was my wife's birthday. Memorable occasion with food, cake, room decoration.

Here we found an exclusive and luxurious hotel that exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who fulfilled all of our needs. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the leisure/TV room was a great place to unwind, with modern amenities and a calm atmosphere. the restaurant offered delicious meals with special diet menus, while the bar/lounge area provided a cozy and elegant ambiance.

The only minor issue we encountered was some difficulty with the shower tap, which could be hard to control and sometimes dripped cold water if not set properly. Despite this inconvenience, our experience at this hotel was unforgettable, characterized by exceptional luxury and comfort.

The reception is super friendly. Hotel is very new and well-decorated. Buffet breakfast and dinner are both good and reasonably priced. Staff are all helpful and nice. Nice location near the port. For those who arrive by ferry from Hong Kong, it is a very accessible place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a swimming pool, gym, and even a casino. We also appreciated the free shuttle service between the hotel and the gate. Getting a taxi to other casinos in the area was super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. this hotel provided us with a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, making it easy for us to explore the Cotai casinos and nearby attractions. The free shuttle buses provided regular transportation to these destinations. the hotel's proximity to the old centre of the city allowed us to immerse ourselves in Macau's rich culture and history. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with luxurious amenities such as L'Occitane en Provence toiletries and a balcony offering stunning views of the sea. The friendly staff, like Richard and Willy, provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There were a few issues with the facilities, such as the pool area lacking hot drinking water during the winter season. Although the staff initially accommodated our request for a glass of hot water, we were eventually asked to retrieve it ourselves.
